ASHI 412 History & Archaeology of the Ancient Near East (3 hours)
202 Smith Building: Spring Semester, 2003, TTh 12:40-1:55pm

This course will examine the political, social, and religious history of the Ancient Near East. Special emphasis will be placed on the contribution of archaeology to the study of the history of this region and its relation to ancient documents including the Old Testament. (Offered spring of odd-numbered years.).
